Note that Passwords can only be reset by someone with Administrator access.  


1.  Select the Address tab.  The Demographics sub tab will display by default. 


2.  In the top left corner click on Find Tenants.  A list will display - select Staff.


3.  Click on the name of the staff member in the Staff list.  


4.  Select the User Administration sub tab.


5.  Click on the Reset Password button and a message will appear confirming reset of the password to the default password, SeniorCare.  


6.  Select Yes.


7.  During the next login instance the staff member will be prompted to enter the default password and create a new password.  The new password must contain at least one upper and lower case letter, one number or punctuation mark and must be at least 8 characters long.
