Invoices must be generated in the Senior Care Software Foundation program. They cannot be generated in the POS system.
1. Go into Senior Care Software Foundation.
2. Select the Reports tab.
3. Select Billing.
4. Select Invoice Report.
5. Enter a Start and End Date.
6. Select a Service Category/Categories from the dropdown menu.
7. Select a Service/Services from the dropdown menu.
8. Check the "Include POS Transactions?" check box.
9. Select Run Report.
10. The Invoices will be generated and can be printed or downloaded onto the computer.
