1. Select the Medication Task List tab.
2. Select a Filter and a list of Tenants and their corresponding Medications and Administration Times will display.
3. Select a Tenant.
4. Select the Prepare button on the right side of the page below the list of Tenants. An Administer Medications screen will display with a list of all scheduled Medications.
5. Select a Medication.
6. Select No in the bottom left corner of the page where it says "Was this medication administered?" A Reason drop down menu will display.
7. Select a Reason from the drop down box. If none of the Reasons apply, select Other and type a reason in the data field to the right.
8. Select the Administer button.
9. If there is only one Medication to Administer the user will be directed back to the Medication Task List once the Medication has been Actioned and the Medication will now be listed in the Not Administered section. If there are multiple Medications to be Administered the Administer Medications screen will continue to display until all Medications have been Actioned. The user can select the "X" in the top right corner of the screen to exit at any time and return to the Medication Task List.
