2. Select a Tenant.
3. Select the PharmaRX sub-tab and a list of Active Medications will display by default.
4. Select a Medication. If the list is of Medications is extensive the User can search for a specific Medication by typing it into the Filter box and selecting the Enter key. Only the Medication that was filtered will display in the list below.
5. The Request Hold button will be displayed below the list of Medications. Select the Request Hold button and a Request Hold screen will display.
6. Note that the Subject field is populated by default. Senior Care advises that this not be modified as it contains important information regarding both the Tenant and the Medication.
7. Select a Reason for Hold from the dropdown list. This is required in order to submit the request.
8. Enter a Message in the Message box. This is required in order to submit the request. Note the Message has a maximum character limit of 2000.
9. Select Send.
10. The Status of the Medication will change to Hold Requested.
