1.  Select the Address tab.


2.  Select a Tenant.


3.  Select the PharmaRX sub tab.


4.  Select a Medication.  Note that to the right of the Medication list there are four columns.  The third column is the Status column and the status of all Medications is shown here. If the list of Medications is extensive the User can search for a specific Medication by typing it into the Filter box and selecting the Enter key.  Only the Medication that was filtered will display in the list below.  


5.  Once a Medication has been selected the Cancel Refill Request button will be displayed below.  This button will be visible until the Pharmacy completes the Refill Request.


6.  Click on the Cancel Refill Request button.  A note will appear in the top right corner of the screen that says "The refill request has been canceled. Please note, the pharmacy may have seen previous request already".  


7.  The Status of the Medication will now show as Active again.
