1. Select the Address tab. The Demographics sub tab will open by default.
2. Select a Tenant.
3. If the Pharmacy has not accepted the Register with Pharmacy request, the Pharmacy Pending button will be displayed and the Cancel button will be visible to the right.
4. Select the Cancel button and the request will be cancelled. The Pharmacy Pending button will disappear and the Register with Pharmacy button will be displayed again.
