1. Select the Address tab. The Demographics sub tab will open by default.
2. Choose a Tenant.
3. Select the Register with Pharmacy button.
4. The Pharmacy Pending and Cancel buttons will now be displayed. The User will be unable to select the Pharmacy Pending button, however, the User will be able to select Cancel if a mistake is made or the preferred Pharmacy is no longer required. Note that the Cancel button will only be available until the Pharmacy has accepted the request.
5. Once the Pharmacy has accepted the request, the Pharmacy Enabled and Re-Register buttons will be displayed. The Re-Register button is the only one that can be selected and should be selected when there has been a change to a tenant's first or last name, birthdate, gender, health care card or allergies added, removed or updated.
