1.  Select the Dashboard button.

2.  Under the Site Management section select Packages.

3.  Select Remove Package From Tenant.  A Remove Package From Tenant screen will display with multiple data fields.

4.  Click in the Package field and a list of Packages will display.

5.  Select a Package and Frequency, Type and Cost fields will populate automatically.  At the bottom of the screen a list of Tenants with the selected Package will display. 

6.  Click on the Trash Can to the right of the Tenant who requires the Package deletion. A message will pop up asking "Are you sure you want to remove this Package from the Tenant?" Select OK and the Tenant's name will display in the list with a line through it.  

7.  Select Save.
