The Package must be set up in the POS system before it can be added to a Tenant's file.  Select How do I add a new Package to the POS system? for instructions on how to set up the Package.


1.  Select the Dashboard button.


2.  Under the Site Management section select Packages.


3.  Select Add Package to Tenant and an Add Package to Tenant screen will display with multiple data fields.


4.  Click in the Package drop down box and a list of Packages will display.  Select the required Package and Frequency, Type and Cost details will display below.  


5.  The Effective Date field will automatically populate with the current date.  If another date is required make the necessary change.  


6.  Click on the Magnifying Glass on the right side of the Tenant(s) field and a list of Tenants will display.  Select the required Tenant/Tenants.


7.  Select Save.
