1.  Select the Medication Task List tab.


2.  Select the Manage Filters button.  A Manage Filters screen will display with a list of all existing Filters and the option to Add New Filter or Close (exit out of the screen).  


3.  Select the Add New Filter button.   


4.  A Name text box will display.  Enter the name of the new Filter in this box, select Ok.  Multiple fields will then display allowing the User to specify the Filter parameters.  


5.  Enter required Filter information.  Note that in order for the new Filter to be listed in the Filter Shortcuts list on the main page of the Medication Task List the Shortcut field must be filled in.


6.  Select Save.
