1.  Select the Dashboard button.


2.  Under the Site Management section select Manage System.  A list of Locations will display.


3.  Click on the appropriate Location and its associated Drilldown Items until the required food item is displayed.


4.  Click on the food item and on the right side of the screen a Nutrition Facts box will be displayed.  


5.  Enter a Nutrient Name as well as the Amount (Nutrient Quantity) found in the food item and Units. 


6.  Select Save and the nutrient will be listed below.


7.  Select Save Changes.
