1. Select the Dashboard button.
2. Below the Analytics heading select Order History and an Order History screen will display.
3. In the Tenant field click the drop down arrow to the right and a list of Tenants will display. Data can be filtered more specifically by entering information in one or more of the other data fields, i.e. Start Time, Location, etc. Then select the Filter button. Select a Tenant and the Filter button and a list of that Tenant's transactions will display in the Transactions box below.
4. Click on a transaction and the details of the transaction will display in the Order Summary box below. Alternatively, when the Order History screen initially displays there will be a list of transactions in the Transaction section. If the required Transaction is listed there it can be selected and there is no need to generate a list of Tenants.
5. In the Order Summary box select the item to be refunded. It will then display in the Refund Summary box to the right.
6. At the bottom of the page are Admin User and Code fields. On the right side of the Admin User field is a drop down arrow. Click on it and then select the user from the drop down list Enter the user's Passcode in the Code field.
7. Click on the green $Refund button. The Payment Options screen will display with the original payment method in brackets at the top.
8. Choose one of the payment options and select Process Payment. Note that if Credit Card is the chosen payment type then another box will display with Credit Card options. Choose one of the credit card types and then select Process Payment. Regardless of which payment option is chosen a Preview Invoice button will display and an invoice can be generated and printed if required by the Tenant or the Site.
