There are several ways to generate a To-Do List depending on the required information.
1. Select the To-Do List tab. Then select one or more of the Saved Filters. The current date will automatically be chosen for the To-Do List. Select Create List. If a list is required for a past or future date, that date must be manually entered in the Start Date and End Date fields.
2. A To-Do List can be generated by selecting an item/items from any of the drop down boxes in the To-Do List tab. The list will be specific to the selected item/items, i.e. Tenant/Tenants, Location or a Service Category or Service. Once an item/items has been selected click Create List and a To-Do List will display with all the scheduled tasks for that item/items. The current date will automatically be chosen for the To-Do List. If a list is required for a past or future date, that date must be manually entered in the Start Date and End Date fields.
3. A To-Do List can be generated by selecting a specific time frame. This will generate a list that includes all scheduled tasks within that time frame. Select From and To times and click Create List. A list of all scheduled tasks within that time frame will generate. It is important to note that when using the time function the To field should be set to one minute before the end of the chosen shift. This will ensure that tasks meant for the next shift will not be visible in the current shift's To-Do List.
