1.  An Incident is an unscheduled care need such as a fall, incontinence or behavioural issue. It is any situation that prevents or delays the staff from being able to complete their regular tasks.


2.  A Log is intended to be used as a charting and communication tool for all staff.  Staff can record everything from nursing progress notes to the frequency of tenant family visits.


Both will populate on the dashboard to inform staff of anything that has happened since they last logged in. In this way they are able to keep up-to-date on the happenings within their facility.
