1.  Select the Address tab.

 

2.  Select a Tenant from the Tenants list.

 

3.  Select the Log sub tab.

 

4.  Click on the New Log Entry button in the top right side of the screen.

 

5.  In the Log screen the Logged On, Time and Category/Type fields are marked with a red asterisk which indicates they are required fields.  By default Logged On and Time will show the current date and time.  They can be changed manually if required.  Select a Category/Type from the drop down box.

   

6.  Enter Log Notes and attach any relevant documents in the Attached Documents field.  Note that if the Log Notes are extensive and take longer than 30 minutes to enter Senior Care Software will time out.  To avoid this select Save often when entering the notes.  

 

7.  Select Save one final time once all information has been entered.
