1.  Select the Address tab.

 

2.  Select a Tenant from the Tenants list.

 

3.  Select the Incidents sub tab.

 

4.  Click on the New Incident button in the top right side of the screen.

 

5.  In the Incident screen select the Incident Type from the drop down box.  This drop down box is marked with a red asterisk which indicates that it is a required field.  If the Incident Type is a fall go to http://www.scshelp.info/solution/articles/14000022246--how-do-i-record-a-fall for recording details. 

 

6.  Enter Incident DateTime and Minutes.  The Incident Date and Time will automatically default to the current date and time and can be changed manually if required.  Note these field are marked with a red asterisk which indicates that they are required fields.  

 

7.  If relevant, add Incident Notes and Documents.  

 

8.  Select Save.
