1.  Select the Address tab.


2.  Select a Tenant from the Tenants list.


3.  Select the Incidents sub tab.


4.  Click on the New Incident button in the top right side of the screen.


5.  In the Incident screen select Fall from the Incident Type drop down box.  This drop down box is marked with a red asterisk which indicates that it is a required field.  


6.  Enter Incident Date, Time and Minutes.  The Incident Date and Time will automatically default to the current date and time and can be changed manually if required.  Note these field are marked with a red asterisk which indicates that they are required fields.  


7.  If relevant add Incident Notes and Documents.  


8.  Then select the Type of Fall from the drop down box and whether or not the fall was Witnessed/Observed and By whom.  Note that the Type of Fall and Fall Witnessed/Observed fields are marked with a red asterisk which indicates that they are required fields.


9.  Add relevant information in the remaining sections.  If Yes is selected in answer to the question "Does Tenant report, or appear to have pain or injury from the fall" several new sections will display.


10.  Add relevant information to these new sections.  In the Location and Type of Injuries section be sure to drag any of the listed injury types onto the diagram of the body.  


11.  Select Save.


12.  The Incident information can be printed by clicking on the Print Incident button.
