1.  Click on the Reports tab.

 

2.  The Administrative section is displayed by default on the left side of the page.  


3.  Select Incident Report.  To the right a new Incident Report screen will display containing several data fields.  

 

4.  Populate each field with the appropriate report parameters.    


5.  Click the Run Report button and a PDF report will generate with a list of all Incidents that have occurred at the site within the selected time frame as well as information on the type of event that occurred, details of the event, minutes, name of the Tenant, gender, suite number and phone number. Alternatively, the report can be Exported to Excel or a CSV file by selecting either of those buttons.  


6.  The report can then be Printed or Saved.
