Senior Care Software will time out after 30 minutes of inactivity and take the user back to the Login Page. Typing data into the same field for prolonged periods of time is not recognized as activity. The following suggestions will help prevent the loss of information.
1. If a large amount of information is required to be entered into Senior Care Software it can be typed out in another program such as Microsoft Word and copied and pasted into Senior Care Software once it is complete.
2. The second option is the one preferred and recommended by Senior Care Software. Information can be typed directly into Senior Care Software and Saved every 15 minutes. The system will recognize the file save as activity and not time out.
