1. At the bottom of the Login Screen there is a Forgot Password? link. Click on this link and an email message will be sent with a temporary password. Note that the email message will be sent to the Private Email Address listed in Senior Care Software not the Support Email Address.
2. Once the temporary password is received go back to the Login Screen.
3. In the Existing Password field enter the temporary password received via email.
4. In the New Password field enter a new password. The new password must contain at least one upper and lower case letter, one number or punctuation mark and must be at least 8 characters long.
5. In the Confirm New Password field re-enter the new password again.
6. Select the Set Password button.
